A check was returned in my checking account but I never deposited a check. My account is now on overdraft. Will that clear on its on or do I have to pay it back?

Welcome to the TD Helps community, Nailah.
If your account is overdrawn, we recommend making a deposit at your earliest convenience. Please keep in mind, when a Checking or Money Market account remains in an overdrawn status for sixty calendar days, or such earlier time that we determine that the overdraft balance is uncollectible, TD Bank will close the account and place it in collection status. For more information, we invite you to view our Deposit Account Agreement at: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ (page 6 and pages 9-10) for additional information.
Kindly understand, when your account goes into an overdrawn status, if it is negative for ten consecutive business days, a sustain overdraft fee may be assessed. Please take a look here at our current Fee Schedule: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for more information.
If you have any other questions, feel free to contact us at 888-751-9000, available 24/7, or feel free to visit us at your nearby TD Bank Store here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Hope this helps clears things ups and have a nice day!
