if a company deposited $10k yesterday morning to my account when will the funds show up in my account?

Depending on how the deposit was made, the availability could differ.
If a check was physically deposited in one of our TD Bank Stores, it's possible that you may have next day availability. Please note that with large checks, there could be a delayed availability. If the funds were sent as an ACH transfer, using your account and routing number, it could take up to 3-5 business days for us to receive the funds. If the deposit was done as a wire transfer, the availability varies depending on how it's sent.
