Typically, traveler's checks should be endorsed when they are presented for payment. As there may be an endorsement issue with this check, we recommend reviewing the item with the Teller when you're ready to negotiate it.
If you bank with us, we'll be happy to look into this further for you then. If not, please discuss this with your own financial institution for additional info, as we would not be able to cash a Traveler's Check for a non-TD Customer.
