Thanks for reaching out to us, Bulbul.
We're sorry to hear that there has been a hold up in your wire transfer.
Intermediary banks are often used to move international funds. If a wire transfer is pulled by one of those intermediary banks for investigation, they will not necessarily provide us with details of the reason or the expected completion date.
If you are a Customer of TD Bank and expecting this wire to be deposited into your account, please give us a call Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 6:00PM at 888-751-9000 so that we may reach out to our Wire Department to inquire into any information we may have about your expected wire transfer. If we do not have any information as of yet, we may be able to open an investigation. You may also stop into to see us at any of our Stores to be assisted in person. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
If you are not a Customer of TD Bank and are the sender of the wire, we recommend reaching out to your financial institution to inquire into opening an investigation with them to gather more information about why the wire is being held and assistance in having it released.
We hope you're able to get this resolved soon, Bulbul. Take care.
