Good question, Christina and we're happy to respond here on TD Helps.
When issuing a check drawn on a TD Bank account which has multiple signers on it, only one signer's signature is required to authorize this payment ( unless the account signers have previously set up a special instruction that checks will only be honored if all signers' signatures are on the checks).
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. You may also stop by your local TD Bank Store location. To find out the nearest TD Store near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
