Thank you for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Anahita. We're happy to clear up some confusion about your debit card.
Typically, replacement debit cards are issued with a different number for security reasons. However, if your debit card expires, a new one is issued to you with the same numbers six weeks prior to the expiration of your current debit card.
Since your question is directed specifically toward your account, we invite you to contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit us at any TD Bank Store during lobby hours. Click here: http://go.td.com/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you. As we'd like to assist you directly, we are unable to do so as TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum.
If you are enrolled in online banking, you may send us a secured message as well. If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at the telephone number listed above. To send a secured message, please sign into your account and select "Send a message"; which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page.
If you would like to receive a new debit card, you may call us 24/7 at the telephone number listed above, send us a secured message through online banking or visit us at any TD Bank location. If you choose to visit us in person, you'll be able to walk out with your new debit card in hand! If you choose to call us or send us a secured message, you'll receive your new debit card within 7-10 business days and it will arrive in a plain white envelope for security purposes.
We are always here to help, Anahita. Feel free to reach out to us with any additional questions.
