First, we invite you to look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ. On pages 38-41 you can find our Funds Availability Policy along with information about when you'll have access to deposits.
Please note; when depositing a check drawn on TD Bank, N.A., funds may be made available on the same day upon request (if deposited with a Teller) if the funds are available in the check issuer's TD Bank N.A. account. Also, once a deposit is made, this transaction should be listed on your online banking profile under "Pending Transaction" column immediately.
If you would like to discuss your recent deposit with us directly, we recommend calling 888-751-9000, 24/7 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists. After account verification they'd be more than happy to review your deposit with you. Also, you may visit any TD Bank Store to have your deposit reviewed in person.
