Thank you for joining us today on TD Helps, Kenny. We'd be happy to review when your funds may clear.
Sounds as though you made your deposit at one of our ATMs, Kenny! If so, typically when a deposit is made at the ATM, the first $100.00 of your check deposits for the day will be made available immediately. The remaining funds will usually be available on the business day following the day of deposit.
Keep in mind that check deposits made at a TD Bank ATM before 8:00 PM on a business day are considered deposits made on that business day. A business day is every day except Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays. If you make a deposit at an ATM before 8:00 PM on a business day that we are open, we will consider that to be the day of your deposit. However, if you make a deposit at an ATM after 8:00 PM, or on a day we are not open, we will consider that the deposit was made on the next business day. Any funds beyond the first $100.00 then become available on the business day which follows.
Because there are exceptions that may cause delays in funds availability, including delays for new account holders, we invite you to look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ . On pages 38-41 you can find our Funds Availability Policy along with information about when you'll have access to deposits.
If you still have questions about your specific deposit, feel free to give us a call 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 to speak with a Representative or visit a TD Store during lobby hours for assistance. For Store hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps, Kenny and have a good afternoon.
