account for a month today), am I able to go to the bank to take out money? I hadn't realized it would take so long and I dont have any money on me for the week. I made my account on 7/28, and deposited cashier's checks from my previous bank along with my paycheck on 8/26. I put everything onto account but didn't realize it would take this long to deposit into my account. I was wondering if I could go to the bank in person to take out money so I can have money for the week.

Good morning, Bailey, and thanks for joining us on TD Helps today.
The type of deposit you make determines when the funds will be available, and we'll be more than happy to help.
If you are a new account holder and your account has not been open for 30 consecutive days, as you already know, check deposits can be held for 7-10 business days for verification purposes. After this grace period, not only will the first $100 be made available at the time of deposit, but the rest of the funds will credit to your account the following business day.
As you mentioned wanting to perform a withdrawal from your account when you may not have the available funds, we'd like to take a moment to go over TD Bank's discretionary service, TD Debit Card Advance. This is an optional overdraft services we offer with our checking accounts that may help you avoid debit card declines. If your account is enrolled in this service, we may allow you to authorize ATM transactions or one-time debit card purchases even if you don't have enough money available in your account. We ask that you take a look here: https://go.td.com/1voNBCy for more details and also here: https://go.td.com/Yv0ulC for more specific information.
Please note that as this is a discretionary service, a purchase or withdrawal on your account can be declined even if your account is enrolled in this feature. The account does not have to have a zero balance in order for this service to work.
You're more than welcome to contact one of our Banking Specialists, 24/7, at 888-751-9000, who can review your account and this service with you in more detail, as well as any questions or concerns you may have. Or, if you'll be nearby one of our Stores, feel free to stop in during our extended lobby hours. If you click here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR, you can find the TD Bank Store and lobby hours nearest you.
If you currently have access to your Online Banking, you may also send us a Secure Message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
We sincerely hope this helps, Bailey. Enjoy the rest of your day!
