Thank you for reaching us on TD Helps, Nicole. We'll be sure to answer your question as best as we can.
If you have an ACH transfer (direct debit) set up, it'll typically take 2-3 business days to be deducted from your account. Since Monday was a federal holiday, the electronic check may come out of the account sometime after.
If you would like to check on the status of the ACH transfer, feel free to check TD Online Banking. If you have not enrolled, that is okay! You can enroll for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You'll need your account number, Social Security number, your ATM/debit card number and email address to enroll. If you run into any problems while enrolling or if you are missing any of the necessary information, please contact us at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist, available 24/7. After account verification, our Specialists would be happy to help. You may also visit your local TD Store for help with the enrollment process. After you have enrolled in Online Banking, you can view your account right away.
You also have the option of calling 24/7 to the number listed above to speak with a Banking Specialist or use our automated system. As always you can visit a TD Bank Store to inquire about this as well, and see: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find your nearest location.
We hope you find this information helpful and take care!
