We appreciate you connecting with us on TD Helps today, Nicole.
We'd like to take this opportunity to let you know that direct deposits generally take 1-2 payment cycles to begin. In most instances, employers will test the account first with a zero dollar deposit to make sure all your account information is correct.
For direct deposits, funds are available to you on the date designated by your depositor. These types of deposits are processed overnight at varying times and will be available for use once processing is complete. We invite you to look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ. On pages 38-41 you can find our Funds Availability Policy along with information about when you'll have access to deposits.
Hope this helps and have a great rest of your week.
