Welcome to TD Helps, June. We're glad you stopped by.
We'd first like to say that you may be able to find a TD Bank near you, while you're visiting in Florida. To view our Store locations and hours, we invite you to click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
As always, you're welcome to get cash back from your purchases. In order to receive cash back, you will have to make your purchase by selecting the "Debit" option and entering your PIN. We will not assess any fees for you doing this! If the merchant charges a fee for cash back, there will typically be a message stating so on the screen. You may also confirm this with the cashier at the store you're making your purchase at.
In addition to the information we've provided above, we suggest that you place a travel note on your debit card, if you are planning to take a trip out of state. There are a few ways in which you may place a travel note on your debit card. You may first call us at 888-751-9000, where we are available 24/7, or visit your local TD Bank Store. If you currently have access to your online banking, you may also send us a secure message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your mobile banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu.
If you decide to send us a secure message, please include the dates of your travel, as well as the destination (s) and any possible stops.
If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to reach back out to us at the number listed above. We're always here to help!
We hope this information has been useful, June.
