Happy Saturday, Doryne, and welcome to TD Helps.
We're so sorry to hear that you have misplaced your Official Check, and please understand that while TD Bank is not responsible for items such as Money Orders and Official Checks being lost in the mail, we'll still be happy to help.
At this time, we are able to place stop payments on Official Checks when they are lost or stolen, and so that we can properly assist you, we ask that you please visit the TD Bank Store location at which this check was issued. For your convenience, we have provided a link here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to help you find this Store location, as well as their hours and contact information.
Before your visit, it's important to note that replacement Official Checks cannot be issued until 90 days from the original issue date of the check.
If you have any questions or concerns, you're welcome to connect with a Banking Specialist, 24/7, by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000.
We hope this information was helpful, Doryne. Have a great weekend.
