Welcome to the TD Helps community, Bob. We're happy to clear up some confusion.
First, we'd like to mention that it sounds like your account is enrolled in our optional TD Debit Card Advance feature. If so, please note that this is an optional overdraft service we offer with our checking accounts that may help you avoid debit card declines. If your account is enrolled in this service, we may allow you to authorize ATM transactions or one-time debit card purchases even if you don't have enough money available in your account. We ask that you take a look here: http://go.td.com/1voNBCy for more details and also here: http://go.td.com/Yv0ulC for more specific information.
Please note that as this is a discretionary service, a purchase or withdrawal on your account can be declined even if your account is enrolled in this feature. As the amount you may be able to advance can fluctuate depending on your account specifically, we apologize that we're unable to provide you with a specific figure. We invite you to contact one of our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000, who can review your account and this service with you in more detail. Or, if you'll be nearby one of our Stores, feel free to stop in during our extended lobby hours. If you click here: http://go.td.com/U9TpnK, you can find the TD Bank Store and lobby hours nearest you.
Let us know if you have any other questions, Bob! Have a great day.
