Borrowing & Managing Your Credit
In reply to Christine, Massapequa park
We're happy to help.
If you have a joint signer, both or all signers will have equal access to the joint account, and will be able to view them on online banking.
Since you mentioned you opened a new Credit Card, and if you are the primary owner of your Credit Card, you'll be able to view information about your card via your Online Banking account. If the Credit Card is not linked to your prior accounts, you would be the only signer that can view this account online.
Every signer should have their own personal Log-on ID and Password. This allows joint account holders to view both their own individual accounts and those shared by other signers. The Username and Password settings are specific to each person rather than by account.
If you have any additional questions, we recommend contacting us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or by stop by any TD Store. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope you have a great day, Chrsitine.
