Thank you for joining us on TD Helps, Donna. We'd be happy to review when your direct deposit will be available.
Typically for direct deposits, funds are available to you on the date designated by your depositor. These types of deposits are processed overnight at varying times and the funds will be available for use once processing is complete. Your funds may be available early and we encourage you to look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ. On pages 38-41 you can find our Funds Availability Policy along with information about when you'll have access to deposits.
If you are currently enrolled for our Online Banking, you would be able to view your direct deposits and balances online. You may also view the transactions as well. After you are logged onto your account, you may click on the “Accounts” tab at the top of the page and then click on the name of the account you want to view.
If you're not currently enrolled and would like to take advantage of this free service you may click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, ATM/debit card number and Social Security number available to complete the enrollment. The page will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to complete the process. Also, you may obtain your account transactions and balance by dialing our 24/7 Automated Telephone Banking System by dialing the number mentioned above and following the prompts.
