Thanks for reaching us on TD Helps, Ryanne. We'd be glad to help.
If you have recently opened a new account with us that you'd like to begin scheduling bills out of, don't worry! Your bill pay information will remain stored within your Online Banking profile.
You are able to log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After you are logged in, you are able to select the Bill Pay tab to begin scheduling bills. The "Pay From" portion of the Bill Pay screen will have a drop down menu which allows you to schedule payments from a different account.
If you have recurring Bill Pay items, you are able to update the account they are debited from by selecting the "Manage Your Bills" tab. Please select the Biller from the list and then select "Update Automatic Payment." You will then be taken to the payment screen which will allow you to change the account the funds are debited from.
If you have trouble setting your payments up or editing them, feel free to call our Tech Support Specialists 24/7 by dialing 800-493-7562. Our Representatives there will be glad to help you schedule your payments.
Similarly, you are able to visit us during lobby hours at any TD Store for assistance. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps, Ryanne and have a good day.
