Welcome to TD Helps, Kathryn. We'll be glad to answer your question regarding getting a new ATM card.
If you have a TD Bank Checking account and have not requested an ATM/Debit Card, you may obtain a new card by visiting your nearest TD Bank Store during normal lobby hours with your valid photo ID. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find TD Bank locations near you.
If you are requesting a replacement ATM/Debit Card, you may do so by calling 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, one of our dedicated Banking Specialists would be more than happy to order you your replacement ATM/Debit Card. You may also request your replacement card via Secure Message through your Online Banking.
If you're not enrolled for Online Banking yet, you may click here http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to start the enrollment process. This link will take you directly to the “Online Banking Sign Up” page and choose "Personal" from the drop down box. Once you're at the “Online Banking Sign Up” page, please complete the application. You will need your Social Security number, account number, ATM/Debit Card number, and your e-mail address. If you have any trouble with the enrollment process, please contact our Digital Banking Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562.They will be more than happy to help.
When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).To send a secure message, please look to the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center”.
