Thanks for stopping by TD Helps today, Stephanie! There are multiple options you can choose to make a transfer and we are happy to provide you with the information.
One option is the Person-to-Person transfer. To use this transfer feature, you must first be enrolled in Online Banking. If you are not enrolled, you can do so here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security number, your TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, your account number, and your e-mail address. If you do not have a debit or ATM card, please call one of our 24/7 Banking Specialists at 1-888-751-9000. After account verification, our dedicated Specialists would be happy to help. Once you’ve successfully enrolled for Online Banking, you will then select the “Person-to-Person” Tab to enroll in this feature. For the Terms and Conditions in addition to information on the payment methods and amounts, please check http://bit.ly/1pADlWD.
If you are looking to send funds from your TD account to another institution that is also your account, we'd be glad to provide the option of doing an External Transfer using Online Banking. Once you've logged in, to send an External Transfer, please select the "Transfer" tab and click on the "Transfer to Accounts Outside TD Bank." You will need to input the account information you have located with another institution by clicking on the "Add a New Account" link. With the External Transfer feature, you can select when to send the funds requested. Please note the time of funds delivery depends on the delivery option you chose when sending funds as well.
Another option to transfer funds from TD Bank to your account with Wells Fargo is by sending a wire transfer.
To initiate a domestic wire transfer, we would need information such as the crediting bank's number and bank name therefore we recommend contacting Wells Fargo for this information. Please keep in mind, all wire transfers must be done at a TD Bank Store. For Store hours and locations near you, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
To ensure a successful transfer, funds must be available at the time of the process. We also recommend checking with Wells Fargo to ensure no other additional information is required.
If you have a business account, you have the option to send funds via ACH or Wire Transfer. If you have not enrolled for TD Bank Business Direct, you can do so by visiting here: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. Feel free to visit http://bit.ly/1bEQmZW for more information.
Please note there may be fees associated with the different types of payments TD Bank offers, for more details, you may view our Personal fees schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
We hope to have answered your question today, Stephanie. Please enjoy the rest of your Sunday!
