Hey, Cecilio, welcome to TD Helps.
For your account protection, your TD Debit Card has daily limits on Visa and Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions and ATM withdrawals. Check out this link: https://go.td.com/1kb17UQ to view page 46 of our Personal Deposit Account Agreement for the current limits.
You may raise these limits by calling us at 1-888-751-9000 24/7 to speak with a Customer Service Representative or by sending us a secure message via TD Bank Online secure message. Log in via this link: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Limit increases requested by one of these methods are temporary and will remain effective for 1 calendar day.
If you require a permanent limit increase please visit any TD Bank Store during lobby hours for assistance. You can find a nearby Store and their hour of operation here: https://go.td.com/2jCeubb.
Please note, in order to process your limit increase your account must be in active status and at least one of your deposit accounts must have been opened longer than 90 days. You must also have a sufficient available balance to cover the requested increase.
We hope this helps and that you have a great day.
Customer Service Team, Mt. Laurel
