It's nice to have you here on TD Helps this afternoon, Ming.
We'd like to take this opportunity to let you know that we do not have any affiliate banks located in Hong Kong. We want you to be aware that TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Cards can be used for balance inquiries and withdrawals at any VISA or PLUS ATM location.
For a listing of possible applicable fees, including Non-TD Bank ATM fees, please look here: https://go.td.com/1cTejgt. This may be in addition to any fee assessed by the owner of the ATM or network, and may include fees for both withdrawals and balance inquiries. If you use any ATM in a foreign country, you may also incur international, currency exchange and usage fees regardless of the type of account you have at TD Bank. You may also refer to: https://go.td.com/1kb17UQ (page 45) for more information about what type of fees to expect.
Additionally, we'd like to let you know that in order to open an account with us; you'll need a valid Primary Identification, such as these: a State Driver's License or State Issued ID with Photo and Signature, US Passport with Signature, or US Armed Forces (Military) ID with Photo. If you don’t have a valid form of Primary Identification right now, you'll still be able to open an account with us if you have two forms of Secondary Identification to provide. You may select two from this list:
-Employment ID with Photo and Signature
-US Birth Certificate
-US Passport Card with Photo
-Welfare ID with Photo
-State Issued Driver's License with Signature, no Photo
-Foreign Driver's License with Photo
-US Employment Authorization card with Photo, Signature and Expiration Date
-College ID with Photo
-Firearms Permit with Photo
-Alien Registration Card with Photo
-Permanent Resident Card with Photo
If you've found that you have two of these forms of identification to present, you're welcome to stop in at any TD Bank Store to open an account. Please see: https://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to search a TD Bank Store location near you.
Prior to your visit, we encourage you to check out the products we offer and find those which suit your needs.
