If I open a credit card with TD can I overpay it. Be owing -500$ per example.

At this time, TD Bank does not offer the ability to overpay on your Credit Card; however, we're always looking for ways to improve the Customer Experience, and we'll be more than happy to pass along your feedback to the proper department.
