Thank you for coming to TD Helps, Deanna.
If you were to open an account Online via www.tdbank.com and during the account opening you requested to receive a TD Debit card, you should expect to receive your new card approximately 7-10 business days after the enrollment process. Delays may be caused by your Postal office. Please note when the card is mailed to you, it will come in a plain white envelope for security purposes.
If you need your debit card sooner than the expected timeframe of receiving your card, you're more than welcome to visit a TD Bank Store and we'll make one for you. To see our locations and hours check out http://bit.ly/TDStores. Once at the Store, our Specialist would be happy to help. If you have already ordered a new debit card which is currently being mailed, please ask the Specialist to close it since it will no longer be useful once you activate the card you will receive at the Store.
Hope this is of help and please don't hesitate to ask more questions if you have any. Have a great day.
