You'll be happy to know that with an account at TD, you can utilize your account across the globe! With our Visa Debit cards, you can make purchases or withdrawals anywhere Visa or NYCE is accepted, and you'll be able to access both TD Bank and TD Canada Trust ATMs free of charge.

Keep in mind that to open the accounts you will need to supply a valid identification (Driver's license, state issued photo ID or passport) and your Social Security number.
Please note that Store transactions on your TD Bank US account, such as deposits and withdrawals, must be completed within the US and cannot be made at a TD Canada Trust branch.
As you've mentioned that you're planning on a trip to Canada, please also note that we recommend placing a travel note on your account after it is opened. Ask your Representatives during the account opening process and they'd be happy to help.
