We're happy to inform you that we can convert your a checking account to another type of checking account with no interruption to your account number or debit card. We're able to do so as long as you're changing among our checking products (which it sounds like).
To change your account type, we'd be happy to be of assistance with information via phone 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Upon account verification we'd be able to assist you with making the switch. If you would prefer to submit a request online, you're also welcome to send us a Secure Message to change the account type. To do so, please log in to Online Banking at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Then locate the Customer Service tab at the top right, and then click on Send a Message. Please submit your inquiry including your account number and the type of account you're requesting, and a friendly Representative will respond shortly.
