Please know that you do have the option to file a dispute with us as the merchandise you ordered is never received. To do so, please feel free to call 888-751-9000, 24/7 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists. After account verification they'd be more than happy to review your account transactions with you and they'll also be happy to file the dispute while you are on the phone with them.
