Thanks for submitting your question.
Here at TD Bank if you make a purchase of any kind, and the items that were purchased are canceled or not received, you have the option of filing a merchant dispute. We always recommend attempting to resolve with the merchant first. However if you are unable to do so, we have you covered!
If they are unable or unwilling to provide a refund you can then dispute the item with us. If the charge was made via your TD Visa Debit card, to do so, you're welcome to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, or stop in at any TD Bank Store found here http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR for assistance. When filing a claim, we recommend taking note of who you may have spoken with, the date, and any other information that may be relevant so that we can include it on your claim. Or, if the charge was made with your TD Visa Credit card, you're welcome to call 888-561-8861 for assistance.
Thanks again for writing in, Frank.
We wish you safe travels, and a Happy New Year!
