If I set up and automatic investment plan with my mutual fund company, which then initiates an ACH transfer from my TD bank premier checking account, does TD bank charge a fee for this type of transfer?

Thanks for your question, Peter. We'd be glad to clarify.
Based on what you've mentioned, it sounds as though the other party is simply planning to debit funds from your account similar to paying a bill with a merchant. For direct deposits and ACH debits there is no fee assessed by TD.
If they plan on debiting the funds using any other transfer service, there may be a fee assessed. Take a look here: https://go.td.com/2kFZ5mK to learn about fees that may be associated with transfers.
If you have any questions, feel free to call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
We hope this clears things up, Peter. Have a wonderful day.
