Thank you for stopping by TD Helps, Daphne. We are more than happy to guide you in the right direction.
Yes Daphne, you will be able to review previous statements, however checks will only be imaged to the statements once your account has been enrolled in a paperless format. Keep in mind you will still be able to use the power search feature to review previous checks. You can search by check number or dollar amount.
Statements issued on or after April 2010 are available online in Adobe PDF format. A paper copy of a statement(s) issued within the past 7 years can be requested through the Customer Service tab within secure Online Banking or by visiting your local TD Bank during lobby hours. Keep in mind that additional fees may apply for requesting statement copies. For more information please take a look at our fee schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so at any time here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you'll need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security number and email address.
Once you're ready to go paperless, please follow the steps below:
1. Log on to your TD Bank Online Banking Account.
2. Click the “Customer Service” tab.
3. Select the link for “Online Statement Settings”.
4. Select the “Online Statements” option for each of your accounts.
5. Add the Email Address you wish to have statement alerts sent to.
6. Review and accept the Online Paperless Statement Customer Agreement and Hardware and Software Requirements.
7. Click the check boxes indicating you meet our system requirements and click “Save Changes."
If you have any more questions or need assistance while setting up your Online Banking or with paperless statements, please call Customer Service available 24/7 at (888) 751-9000 or visit your local TD Bank. For hours and locations near you please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this information has been helpful and you enjoy the rest of your 2014!
