If I recently signed up for a convenience account and I haven't received the $150 bonus what should I do?

Welcome to TD Helps and thank you for sending us your question, Arielle.
To qualify for the $150.00 promotion for our TD Convenience Checking account, please be sure the following criteria has been satisfied:
-The primary owner must be a new to bank Customer
-The account was opened Online (Accounts opened in Store or by phone are not eligible).
-You have received direct deposit(s) totaling $500.00 or more within 60 days.
Once all qualification have been met, please allow up to 95 days to receive the $150.00 bonus in your personal checking account.

In addition, if you are enrolled for Online Banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
