Thank you for joining us here at TD Helps, Frank. You came to the right place for information.
The need for a new appraisal will depend on the timeframe since the first HELOC approval and what financial institution holds the first Line of Credit. Since TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum and we do not have access to your current account information, we recommend contacting us at 800-937-5020 to speak with a Financial Solutions Group Specialist for application specifics. If you find yourself near a TD location, you may stop in to speak with someone about the refinance. To find a nearby TD Store please view our locator here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to ask!
