It's great to have you join us here on TD Helps, Ravi.
Making a cash deposit is easy! When you visit a TD Store to deposit cash in your account with a Teller, all you'll need to do if fill out a deposit slip. Deposit slips ask for your account number, the date, your name and the total amount being deposited. If you have any trouble, just ask your Teller and they'd be more than happy to help you fill your deposit slip out.
You are able to make a cash deposit by using the ATM too. Once you’re ready to make your deposit, input your debit or ATM only card into the ATM and follow the below instructions (which will also be shown on the touchscreen):
- Enter your PIN
- Choose “Deposit”
- Select “Yes, To Continue”
- Choose the desired account type
- For deposit type, choose “cash”
- Hit “Continue when ready”
- Put in your deposit
- Make sure the deposit on the screen is correct
- Then, select “Finish Deposit”
- You will then have the option to choose “yes or no” for your receipt.
If the ATM requires an envelope for your deposit, provide the information requested on the envelope and submit it into the ATM.
Please note that at this time photo I.D is not required to make a cash deposit.
Hope this helps and have a nice day.
