Hey, Sandy! We're glad to have you on TD Helps today, thanks for your question.
You'll be able to view images of your checks deposited via TD Mobile Deposit for 30 days following the deposit. These images are available on your TD Mobile App.
Please follow these steps to view any check images:
-On your phone or other mobile device, click on Mobile Deposit when you open the App
-Login to your account by entering your login credentials
-Please select the Mobile Deposit option
-Please select the View Mobile Deposit Receipts
-Your mobile deposits made in the last 30 days will be pictured
If you're in need of any check images prior to this time, we'll be glad to assist you. We welcome you to contact one of our Representatives anytime 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to request a front and back copy of the check to be mailed to you. After account verification, our Banking Specialists would be happy help!
You may also send us a Secure Message with your request. To send a secure message, please log in to your personal online banking account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, click on the "Customer Service" tab and then "Send a Message." On the new page, there will be a message field and a drop down menu where you can choose a subject. Once we receive your check copy request, we will mail the check image to your address on file. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

If you'll be requesting multiple copies, please see our current Fee Schedule at http://bit.ly/1cTejgt to ensure you're aware of any fees that may apply for a copy request.
