I'm just wondering if my check will still be paid if my checking account didn't have enough money in the account.

Welcome to TD Helps, Charlie. We appreciate the visit and would be glad to help provide some information.
Typically, when a check payment is presented and there are insufficient funds in your account to cover the payment amount, there is a possibility it could be returned the day after it is presented. Whether the check is paid or returned will be at the Bank's discretion.
We do offer different types of overdraft protection which can be viewed here: http://bit.ly/1lx9Xko. You can even view this video which will explain it in more detail: http://bit.ly/15qzqaa.
If you have any additional questions please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit any TD location to speak with a Specialist in person. To find a nearby TD as well as their hours please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps and enjoy your day!
