Hi Samantha. Thanks for visiting us at TD Helps today!
It sounds like you may have a custodial account with us. With a custodial account, you would be listed as the minor and an adult, usually a parent or guardian, is listed as the custodian. As the minor on the account, you would not have access to the funds in the account. The custodian is the only person who has access to the money in the account.
If you'd like to withdraw money from your account with us, we recommend speaking with the custodian on your account first. We then invite you both to stop in to see us at any of our Stores where we'd be happy to help with the withdrawal. To find a TD Bank near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
We look forward to seeing you soon, Samantha! Have a great day!
