Hi Kayla. Thanks for joining us at TD Helps!
We do offer an overdraft service that may allow you to make this withdrawal despite the overdrawn balance.
If you are enrolled in TD Debit Card Advance, you may be able withdrawal additional cash from an ATM. TD Debit Card Advance is a discretionary overdraft service where we may pay transactions made with your debit card even if funds are not available. If enrolled, eligibility for this service is determined by many factors, including average balance, number of recent overdrafts, and frequency of deposits. Because the decision to pay is made at the time of the transaction, we are unable to make a guarantee that we will allow the account to further overdraft. We encourage you to review additional information about this service online at https://go.td.com/2exVmIX and https://go.td.com/2q6qVgo.
As TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum, we do not have access to your account information. We invite you to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop in to see us at one of our Stores. We would be happy to review your account to confirm if you are enrolled in any of these services and advise as best we can, what you may have available to you. To find a TD Bank Store near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
We hope this information has been helpful. Have a wonderful day, Kayla!
