The question asked for the make OR model of my first car, i didnt remember which i had put so i tried both and it said i was wrong, i tried a third time with the first letter capitalized but i guess it still wasnt correct. But i just want to know if i can still use my debit card to make a purchase, even though my account is locked.

If you are locked out of your online banking this will not impact your ability to use your debit card for a purchase, as your actual account status is not impacted.
