If my account is overdrawn why is the ATM not allowing me to make a deposit? It comes up as restricted.

Hi Shakira. We're sorry to hear you've been unable to make your deposit at the ATM and we'd like to help.
There are several possible reasons that this could occur. As TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum, we do not have access to your account information. Please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop into one of our Stores so that we may review your account. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
Once we're able to review your account, we should be able to determine whether your account or debit card is restricted and why. We should also be able to assist you in how to get this resolved so you may once again have access to your account.
We look forward to hearing from you soon so what we may help you in getting this resolved. Have a good weekend, Shakira.
