hello, my account was closed and i would like to reopen it, is it possible to do this online? my online banking sign id is not working. Thanks!

At this time, once an account is closed with TD, it cannot be reactivated for use. A new account of a similar type would have to be established. We invite you to take a look at our current Checking and Savings options to review prior to your account opening. When you're ready to open your new account, you can do so in a variety of ways. You may call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to process the account opening with our Representatives or process the account opening online by clicking on the "Open Account" box located beneath each specific account listed. As always you can visit a TD Store during lobby hours for more assistance. For TD locations and hours of Stores near you please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores. When opening a new account, it will be required to have a photo ID and your Social Security number.
Please note that if there is a balance owed on the closed account you're interested in reopening, you would need to either visit a TD Store or speak with our Recovery Department prior to opening a new account with us. To speak to our Recovery Department directly you may call 800-354-9769 between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Once any owed balance is resolved, you will become eligible for a new account.
