My boyfriend had 2checks that he was able to sign...but he is in jail and what me to see if i can deposit in my account...or do we need a form to fill out..since he is in jail

Thanks for sending your question our way, Valerie.
If the check is made out to your boyfriend, you can deposit the check into your account. To deposit a check written to your boyfriend, if he is not a signer on your account, he must sign the back of the check and both parties must be present at the time of deposit. An Endorsement Authorization & Release from must also be signed and can be done at any TD Bank during lobby hours. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a Store near you.
Please note; government or insurance checks can only be presented for payment from the person listed on the "Payable to" line of the check.
