my online account is locked but I do still need access to my actual account to use it. will I still be able to use my actual account until I have time to get my online account unlocked?

Even if you're locked out of your Online Banking don't worry, you can still use your account however you please, but we would love to help you log back in so that you may view your account activity.
Since your Online Banking account is already locked, we ask that you call our Digital Banking Specialists who are available 24/7 at 800-493-7562 for further assistance. Upon proper account verification, they will be able to help you gain your online access back immediately.
You're also welcome to stop by your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours for help unlocking your Online Banking. For TD Bank Store locations please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you've locked yourself out of your online access for your TD Bank Credit Card for additional assistance please reach out to TD Card Services 24/7 at 888-561-8861.

my online account got locked as well and I have done nothing to cause this but can my insurance still come through?

We don't want you to worry, and would like to let you know that even if you're locked out of your Online Banking, you will still be able to have credits and debits issued and assessed from your account.
As stated above, if your account is already locked, you will not be able to reset it online. However, our Digital Banking Specialists are available 24/7, at 800-493-7562 to assist you. Upon proper account verification, they will be able to help you gain your online access back immediately.
