Welcome to TD Helps, Yi. We'd be more than happy to provide all the information needed to receive funds from your parents in China.
Depending on how the funds are being sent by the bank in China, you will need to provide different wire instructions to them.
If the funds are being sent in U.S. Dollars, please provide the following information to your parents:
Wire to: TD Bank, N.A. Wilmington, Delaware, ABA: 0311-0126-6, Your complete name as it appears on your account, along with your account number.
If the funds are being sent in Chinese RMBs or any other foreign currency, you will need to provide the bank in China the following information:
Wire To: The Toronto-Dominion Bank Swift code: TDOMCATTTOR, The Toronto-Dominion Bank, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M5K 1A2, For Further Credit to (Beneficiary Bank): TD Bank, N.A., Swift code: NRTHUS33XXX, TD BANK, N.A. 6000 Atrium Way Mount Laurel, NJ 08054 USA
In Favor of: Your Account Number, Your Full Name, Your Full address including City, State and Country
Once the funds are sent by your financial institution in China, you should expect to receive the funds within three to five business days. We will post all incoming wires on the banking day they are received. International wire transfers sent by US Dollars can be received until 6:30 PM EST, or if the incoming wire is Foreign Currency, it can be received until 3:30 PM EST.
Please note that we do not process incoming Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) wires and we return them to the sender. For more information on the fee for wire transfers, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
We hope this helps, Yi and have a wonderful night!
