If online payments are scheduled to be paid on Nov 11-13 will they be processed on time and will direct deposits for the same time period be on time?

You'll be happy to know that your payments and direct deposits will process as normal during this timeframe. If you need to schedule a payment for the mentioned dates, please be sure to do so by November 10, 2017, as you will not be able to schedule payments again until November 13, 2017, the earliest.
