We're sorry to hear that you're leaving us, Chris. We understand that banking needs change and we'd be happy to help with the upcoming steps.
We'd like to take a moment just to remind you that we are very committed to the satisfaction of our Customers and if there's anything that we could do to change your mind, please let us know.
With that being said, if you would like to transfer your IRA out of TD Bank, you will actually need to connect with the Financial Institution you are looking to transfer your IRA into. They will likely have a formal process for you to do this and they should provide you with a 'Transfer Request' form. Once the form has been filled out by you and that Financial Institution, it can then be mailed to us to complete at the following address:
TD Bank, NA
ATTN IRA Department
151 Corley Mills Road
Lexington, SC 29072
Or, it can be faxed to our IRA Team at 803-996-7334. Please send it ATTN TO: IRA Department
We're here to answer any further questions you have about our IRAs. Feel free to call our IRA Department at 800-231-8193, Option 4 with any detailed questions you may have. They are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm EST, and Saturdays, 9:00 am - 1:30 pm EST.
We hope this helps, Chris and have a good day.
Megan K, Mount Laurel
