Thanks for contacting TD Helps today, Vineeth. We're sorry to hear that you've misplaced your Debit Card, and we'll be happy to point you in the right direction.
First, if you have not done so already, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible to close your debit card for your account security. Our Banking Specialists are available 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to assist with closing your card. If there are multiple signers on one account, and only one Debit Card has been misplaced, only that Debit Card will need to be closed. While each Debit Card is linked to the same account number, they are separate entities and will not compromise each other in the unfortunate case of fraud.
Once on the phone with a Specialists, and after account verification, they will be able to submit a request to have a card mailed to the address we have on file for you. Please keep in mind that depending on your postal carrier, your new card will arrive within 7-10 business days. Additionally, our Specialists would be happy to review your account with you to make sure that no unauthorized activity has occurred.
Once your card is closed, if you'd like to obtain a new card sooner, you're welcome to stop by at any TD Bank Store location. A Representative will be more than happy to print one for you while you wait. Please find your nearest TD Bank Store and lobby hours here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope this helped, Vineeth. Please enjoy your weekend, and happy holidays.
