how long does it take for a e-transfer to process?

Welcome to TD Helps, Destiny.
The length of time it takes to receive a transfer from another TD account holder depends on how the funds were sent.
If they sent funds via Person-to-Person Payments there are two types of delivery methods, three business days and next business day availability. If you are unsure as to which delivery method was used, we ask that you speak with the sender to determine when the funds will be credited.
If the transfer was made at a TD Store with a Teller, the funds would be considered cash and made available immediately. The same goes for online/phone transfers if the sender is an authorized signer on your account.
