Welcome to TD Helps and the TD family! We appreciate you sending us your question, Ashley.
If you have already requested a new debit card while opening your new TD Bank Checking account online or over the telephone, you should expect to receive your card at the address you provided via mail within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that delivery times can vary depending on your postal office.
If you did not request a debit card during account opening process or need a new debit card immediately, you may obtain one by visiting any of your local TD Bank store. To find TD store locations near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. All TD Banks have an instant issue machine where you may obtain a new card seven days a week while you wait. You will walk out with a new card in your hand! Once at the Store, if you have already ordered a new debit card online that is currently being mailed, please ask the Store representative to close it since it will no longer be useful once you activate the card you will receive at the Store.
If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 .
We hope the information provided helps! Have a great one.
