Thanks for joining us on TD Helps, Nicole and welcome to the TD Family!
If you opened your account online or via the telephone, debit cards are mailed out after approximately 7-10 business day. Please note when the card is mailed to you, it will come in a plain white envelope for security purposes.
When visiting a TD Store to make your initial deposit, during your visit, you can ask one of our Customer Service Representatives to create a card for you. We also recommend requesting the Store Representative that is assisting you to close your mailed card since it will no longer be useful once you activate the card you will receive at the Store. Check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores for lobby hours and locations near you.
If you opened the account at a TD Store, you may receive your new TD ATM/Visa Debit card immediately.
We hope this helps, Nicole and have a great day.
