Good evening Melanie,
Great to have you with us and thanks for your message! Welcome to the community.
It's great that you're already interested in keeping track of your account. If you are listed as a joint owner on one or more accounts with us, we'll be able to help you gain online access to this. Kindly note that if you are listed as an account beneficiary rather than an account owner, the custodian on the account would be the only signer who can have access. You're more than welcome to check with the other party or parties listed on your account to determine how it is set up, if you're uncertain.
If you are a joint owner, we're happy to tell you that signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy. To start this yourself, you'll need your ATM/Debit card number, account number and Social Security number, and you can use our enrollment self-service link at: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box and complete three steps. First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those three steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account online.
If you do not have an ATM/Debit card or Social Security number, please contact a Banking Specialist at 888-751-9000, who can enroll you over the phone, or visit your local TD Bank Store. Please find a list of our Stores convenient for you at: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this provides a bit of help Melanie!
