We hope your move went well, Warlton! Thanks for sticking with us and it'll be our pleasure to provide some options for you.
First, since you asked about the closest Store to your new area, you are welcome to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1E3ojlt. The nearest location can be found in Seneca, SC as we currently don't have any locations in Georgia. To search for other Stores or to check in for updates to our listing, feel free to visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
With that being said, if you won't be in the immediate area of a TD Bank Store, don't worry, as we have several other options for you to make your deposit.
First, an easy option you have for depositing a check is through our TD Mobile Deposit feature, available via the TD Mobile App. Our TD Bank Mobile Deposit feature is available for most iPhone and Android devices and to Customers of at least 90 days or longer with an active Checking, Savings or Money Market account. If you meet these requirements, you're welcome to deposit a check using this service.
If you are not yet using the TD Mobile App, please note that you must first be enrolled for TD Bank Online Banking. If you are already enrolled for our Online Banking, you can download the app by visiting http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. The user name and password that Mobile Banking will ask you for is the same as the one you've created for Online Banking.
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you can do so by visiting here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security number, your TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your account number and your email address to get started, and for any assistance you need, reach us 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
You're also more than welcome to deposit your check at any ATM within the U.S. where the NYCE network is accepted. Just search for this symbol on any nearby ATM, and you can make your deposit there. You might like to take a look at our Deposit Account Agreement at http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ, page 39, for more information about funds availability when using this option. We also encourage you to check out our current Fee Schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt, as it outlines any fees that may apply when using a non-TD ATM.
Another option is to mail the deposit to us, Warlton and please use the following instructions to do so:
You may mail your deposit to:
TD Bank, N.A., ME2-001-033, P.O. Box Number 1190, Lewiston, ME 04243
Or, if you would like to send us your deposit via FedEx or UPS, you may send it here:
TD Bank, Bank by Mail, 140 Mill Street, Lewiston, ME 04243
Like any other deposits, a few simple guidelines apply:
-Cash should not be sent through the mail
-Payee of the check and name on deposit ticket should be the same
-Checks should be endorsed (and restricted for deposit only)
-Multiple checks should be listed and a total of the deposit listed
-Enclose the deposit ticket, not the carbon copy
-If using a blank deposit ticket, please write account number clearly
-Do not staple transactions
Also, if this is a check you receive on a regular basis, you may like to consider direct deposit for it and feel free to find a Direct Deposit Authorization Form available for download at http://bit.ly/1sSvhT6, or contact your depositor for assistance.
If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach us day or night at the number mentioned above.
Hope this provides some help, Warlton and best of luck in your new home!
